I really enjoyed the workshop yesterday at the Ark Group Facilitating Knowledge Transfer and Retention in the Modern Workplace conference. I promised to blog about it, but now I can’t remember precisely what it was I was going to blog about! So, if you were there, and you have any questions, please post them here as comments, and we’ll talk about it!

Hey, we are No. 1. USA! USA! USA! https://t.co/M3hEPsPMFd
This is huge - strong changes to the Safeguard Mechanism polluter laws are a huge blow to an already shoddy business case for gas drilling in the Beetaloo Basin. https://t.co/TE6WopIGSv

[…] This was one of the questions asked in the conference earlier this week. Obviously, people new to the KM field may not have heard of Dave Snowden, but somehow this question struck me from a couple of odd angles. […]
Catriona –
Thanks for the question list. I’ll post these to a new entry, and see what we can do to answer them…
Some of the things we chatted about were:
• Success stories on influencing stakeholders.
• Does anyone in your organisation have KPIs for KM?
• What tools / resources / networks have you used for KM?
• What WIKI software do you recommend? (Confluence. Check out ‘wiki patterns’ (book and website), wikispaces and wet paint and the site to compare wikis)
• Does anyone blog? Should we? How do we educate others about blogging?
• Who is Dave Snowden? (That’s the best question!)
I hope others will join the conversation and makes some links.
Thanks for your great presentation.
